Prof Subrata Sen is Professor and Deputy Chair, Department of Translational Molecular Pathology, Division of Pathology and Lab Medicine, at the MD Anderson Cancer Center of the University of Texas, at Houston. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center. He is simultaneously a Faculty Member, at the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. During the last four decades of his distinguished career, he has held numerous eminent academic and medical positions. He also has many acclaimed publications to his name.

Since his childhood, Prof Sen has had a deep interest in spirituality and the association of Saints. He is a disciple of the renowned lady saint of the last century, Anandamayi Ma. He has a deep love for the country of his birth and has pioneered various welfare projects in the service of the poor and needy in India.

Prof. R.P. Mohanty, former Vice Chancellor of SOA university and currently Chief Consultant of the University is a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, M. Tech in Industrial Engineering & Operations research, MBA in General Management, Ph. D in Mechanical Engineering & Honorary D. Sc.

He is honored with the Fellowship of Indian National Academy of Engineering, Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, International Engineering and Technology Institute, Hong Kong, and Operational Research Society of India and also recipient of Life Time Achievement Awards from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering (IIIE), Institution of Engineers, and Association of Indian Management Scholars (USA) and MTC Global.

He is recipient of several prestigious awards and recognitions such as; Lal Bahadur Shastri recognition for exemplary contribution2023 in the field of Academics and Institution building, Prof. P.C. Mahalanobis distinguished educator award from Operational Research Society of India, Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam award as the distinguished educator of India, Lillian Gilbreth Award for profound contributions to the field of Industrial Engineering from IIIE, Outstanding Academician of India from Indian Institution of Materials Management, Utkalshree Award for most outstanding contributions for knowledge creation and dissemination in Engineering and Management disciplines, Excellence in Research and Innovations Award from IIT Delhi and several other significant awards including Best Research Paper Awards.

During his 46 years of academic experiences in institutes of national importance in India and foreign universities combined with 10 years of Industry experience in top management position, he has published 17 Books, more than 350 research papers in reputed and scholarly peer reviewed indexed International & Indian Journals and Newspapers in addition to representing in the Editorial Boards of 17 prestigious international journals. Besides guiding 28 Ph.D research scholars several hundreds of master theses, he has also advised more than 25 large companies in India and abroad in the areas of Engineering and Management.

His innumerable value adding contributions in the field of technical education in terms of research publications, academic planning, administration, faculty/management/institutional development and guiding organization of several top ranking international and national conferences, workshops, symposia, colloquium etc. are well known to the world of academia and industry professionals. He is known internationally as an empirical researcher, a system scientist, an organization theorist, and an organization development expert.

Prof. Prafulla Kumar Dhal is an international Mentor, a Researcher, an Educator, a Strategist, and a Policy Advocacy Specialist. He is a popular name in the fields of promotions of transformative leadership. He is currently heading the CSR and sustainability interventions of JK Group of companies as the General Manager and State Head Odisha.

Prof Dhal is practicing innovative and transformational CSR as a model for others to emulate, where he has integrated social inclusiveness, environmental sustainably and transformative economic growths with CSR investments. He has transformed lives of 23 thousand tribal families with community owned and managed transformative institutions such as Rural Hatt, Rural Mart, Van Dhan Vikash Kendras, Women Producer group, Farmers Producer Companies, Youth startups, Digital learning units etc., as new source of employments and livelihoods matching to the aspiration levels of communities particularly youths.

His idea of starting a Bamboo Jewelry Producer Group as a starat up from tribal villages of Rayagada district by the educated tribal Girls is now a global news as a successful social enterprise emerging as an alternative employment opportunities for youths in the sustainability sector . Under Atmanirbhara Bharat and Vocal to Local framework, 6000 tribal women have been given capacity and skill setup. Prof Dhal believes economic transitions is possible if transformative leaders can be created in universities.

Prof. Dhal is an alumnus of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) where he completed his M.A and M.Phil. from the Center for Political Studies (CPS) on public policies in India. Over last 32 years Prof Dhal has gained renown as a well-known strategist in the fields of corporate governance and public policy analysis in India. He is a member of prestigious Central Advisory Board on education (CABE) in MHRD in Govt of India, the national working group Member of NACP 3 (MH and FW) Govt of India , Vision 2020 (SME, Govt of Odisha).

Kingshuk K. Sinha is a Professor and Chair of the Supply Chain and Operations Department, and is the holder of the Elmer L. Andersen Chair in Sustainable Supply Chain at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. In addition, he is a graduate faculty in the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology program. He led the efforts that resulted in the creation of the Medical Industry Leadership Institute (MILI) at the University of Minnesota to advance management research and leadership education for the medical/health care sector, and served as the institute’s Founding Academic Director.

Professor Sinha’s areas of scholarly expertise include Technology and Innovation Management, Healthcare Supply Chain Management, Global Supply Chain Management, Responsible Supply Chain Management and Big Data Analytics. His current research projects are focused on: (i) work-design and working conditions in distributed operational settings of global supply chains spanning developed and developing countries; (ii) managing supply chain risks with the rapid growth in adverse events and recalls related to medical devices and drugs; (iii) reducing the disparities in physical and mental healthcare delivery in underserved communities with a focus on improving affordability, access and awareness of care; (iv) leveraging technological advancements (e.g., surgical robots, precision medicine, telemedicine and mobile apps) to improve healthcare delivery; and (v) the design and sustenance of pandemic (COVID-19) care supply chain.

Professor Sinha has published papers in top-tier academic journals, and is the recipient of numerous awards for scholarly accomplishments and competitive research grants. His degrees include a Ph.D. in Management and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.Tech (Honors) in Petroleum Engineering from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad.

Dr Lata Nand Kumar is a renowned physician from Chicago. She has been training and guiding medical and paramedical students from Northern Illinois University, North Park, Chamberlain, and St Xavier’s. She is extremely popular for her pioneering work in instilling lifestyle changes and incorporating spiritual values in her patients of all religious backgrounds.

Dr Kumar studied medicine in Bangalore. Subsequently, she did Fellowship in Clinical Endocrinology in Chicago. She practiced as an internist for 16 years with the biggest medical groups of US. For the last two decades, she has been running a private practice.
