Introduction

Designed as per UGC and NEP guidelines, the BNYS program integrates modern biomedical sciences with traditional naturopathy and yogic healing to offer a multidisciplinary foundation in holistic healthcare.

Emphasizes experiential and clinical learning through naturopathy hospitals, yoga therapy centers, and lifestyle medicine practices, enabling students to gain real-world therapeutic skills.

Promotes a holistic understanding of health by focusing on the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit through yoga, dietetics, stress management, and natural therapies.

Prepares students for diverse career opportunities and higher studies by strengthening competencies in preventive healthcare, integrative medicine, and evidence-based naturopathic practice.

Naturopathy Therapy Tools:
Hydrotherapy equipment, Mud therapy tools, Massage therapy tools, Electrotherapy devices, Panchakarma basic tools

Yoga & Wellness Tools:
Yoga mats, belts, bolsters, blocks, Meditation cushions and sound healing tools & stress assessment, Posture correction and alignment tools

Diagnostic & Clinical Tools:
Stethoscope, BP apparatus, thermometer, Pulse oximeter, glucometer, weighing scale, Basic clinical examination kits, Stress and lifestyle assessment scales

Laboratory Tools:
Anatomy & Physiology lab apparatus, Biochemistry and microbiology lab instruments, Pathology sample analysis tools

Digital & Learning Tools:
Health record management software, Nutrition planning digital tools, Research and documentation software, Audio-visual tools for therapy demonstration

Program Details

  • Covers modern medical sciences, naturopathy therapies, yogic science, lifestyle medicine, dietetics, and preventive healthcare, aligned with UGC and NEP guidelines.
  • Hands-on exposure through naturopathy hospitals, yoga therapy centres, wellness clinics, community outreach, and a compulsory one-year clinical internship.
  • Blends anatomy, physiology, pathology, naturopathy, yoga therapy, psychology, nutrition, research methods, and mind–body practices for integrated healthcare training.
  • Includes training in yoga instruction, stress management, therapeutic protocols, clinical communication, counselling skills, and additional certification opportunities.
  • Students learn research methodology, case documentation, lifestyle analysis, and evidence-based natural healing practices supporting academic and clinical growth.
