Introduction

BBA in Retail Management is a UGC & NEP-aligned programme designed to prepare students for careers in retail operations, merchandising, store management, e-commerce, supply chain and customer experience.

The programme develops strong business, analytics, managerial and operational skills needed in both modern retail and omnichannel retail environments.

Students learn: store operations, inventory management, retail marketing, visual merchandising, brand management, and digital retail technologies.

  • BBA Retail Management is a 4-year undergraduate programme that provides a strong foundation in business management, retail operations, customer experience, merchandising, and modern digital retail systems.
  • The course enables students to specialise in store management, retail analytics, e-commerce operations, supply chain coordination, and brand communication across omni-channel retail formats.
  • Regular communication is maintained with parents regarding attendance, academic performance, and assessments to support consistent learning and student engagement.
