The program provides a strong foundation in applied microbiology, integrating molecular techniques, microbial diagnostics, and laboratory practices essential for modern healthcare and research settings.
It offers comprehensive training in clinical research, covering clinical trial design, regulatory compliance, biostatistics, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) aligned with UGC and NEP guidelines.
Students gain hands-on experience with industry-relevant tools, hospital-based practices, and real-time data management systems to prepare for careers in diagnostics, biotech, pharmaceuticals, and clinical research organizations.
Microbiological & Clinical Laboratory Tools:
Laminar air flow units, incubators, autoclaves, biosafety cabinets, colony counters,
microscopes.
Molecular Biology & Diagnostic Tools:
PCR, RT-PCR, Gel Electrophoresis, ELISA Readers, DNA/RNA Extraction Systems, Western
Blotting Systems.
Clinical Testing & Biomedical Analysis Tools:
Hematology analyzers, Biochemical analyzers, Microbial susceptibility testing systems,
Chromatography systems (HPLC), Spectrophotometers.
Culture Media & Microbial Identification Tools:
Selective & differential media, Microbial culture plates, Antibiotic sensitivity kits,
Biochemical test kits, Automated ID systems.
Bioinformatics & Data Analysis Tools:
BLAST, NCBI tools, BioEdit, Primer3, Clustal Omega, Clinical trial data analysis
software, Statistical tools.
Clinical Research & Regulatory Tools:
Electronic Data Capture (EDC) tools, Clinical trial management systems (CTMS),
Pharmacovigilance databases, GCP & ICH‑E6 compliant tools.
Eligibility
B.Sc. subjects like Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, Biotech, Life Sciences, or related fields, with at least 50% marks in graduation

2 Years (4 Semesters)
Tuition Fees
₹ 40,000 per Semester
*Fees such as Admission, Caution Money,
Examination, Hostel, and Transport fees are extra.

Admission will be done on the basis of merit which includes entrance, screening & PI.
